The Glow Foundation, established in September 2022, is dedicated to providing love, support, and spiritual guidance to underprivileged children. We strive for transparency in all our operations, including donations. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which a refund may be granted for contributions made to The Glow Foundation.
Donations are Generally Final
Charitable donations are typically final and non-refundable. This allows us to allocate resources effectively and ensure the uninterrupted support of the children we serve.
Exceptions to Refund Policy
We understand that situations can change. We may consider a refund in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate Donations: If you accidentally submit a duplicate donation, please contact us within 30 days of the second donation. We will be happy to process a full refund for the duplicate amount.
- Donation Processing Error: In the rare case of a processing error on our end, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing Time
We will review your request and respond within 10 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method used for the donation.
Non-Refundable Donations
Donations used for specific events, programs, or designated projects are generally non-refundable.
